TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Zakawsay is committed to managing the voluntary contributions received in accordance with principles of responsibility, traceability and consistency with the technical objectives of the pilot program.
While the project is in the institutional structuring phase, the funds will be managed by the project promoter in his/her personal capacity, being used exclusively for the technical and operational development of Zakawsay.
2. NATURE OF THE CONTRIBUTIONS
The contributions received are voluntary and do not constitute investment, equity participation or ownership rights over the project.
They do not generate financial return or direct economic benefit.
3. DESTINATION OF FUNDS
The resources may be allocated to:
• Technical research and planning
• Acquisition of equipment and tools
• Basic infrastructure upgrades
• Experimental trials
• Technical record and documentation
• Training and educational activities
• Administrative costs directly linked to the project
Funds will not be used for personal purposes unrelated to the development of the program.
4. RECORDING AND TRACEABILITY
Zakawsay will maintain an internal record of:
• Date of receipt of the contribution
• Amount received
• General destination of expenditure
• Documentary evidence where applicable
As the project progresses, general reports on the use of funds will be published.
5. COEXISTENCE OF FUNDING SOURCES
Zakawsay will be able to, in parallel, manage financing from public, private or national and international cooperation institutions.
The existence of individual contributions does not limit or condition the search for institutional funds.
6. TRANSITION TO FORMAL STRUCTURE
In the event of future formalization as a non-profit entity, the administration and accountability mechanisms will be adjusted in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. ETHICAL COMMITMENT
Zakawsay will act with integrity, consistency and responsibility in the management of the resources received, always prioritizing the fulfillment of its environmental and technical mission.
